Is Poker Legal In Nevada?
Nevada was the first state to legalize poker in the U.S. and even had legal gambling since 1931. The Silver State introduced legal online poker in 2013, permitting a short list of sites to offer online poker games.

Online poker in Nevada has been legal and regulated since 2013 under NRS 463.745 for interactive gaming. Nevada joined the Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement (MSIGA) for shared poker player pools, which includes other states with poker like Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, and New Jersey.
What Is The Legal Poker Age In Nevada?
The legal poker age in Nevada is 21 for all commercial casinos and state-regulated online poker sites. Gaming, which includes poker, is prohibited for people under the age of 21 according to NRS 463.350.
The statute states that “A person under the age of 21 years shall not play, be allowed to play, place wagers at, or collect winnings from, whether personally or through an agent, any gambling game, slot machine, race book, sports pool or pari-mutuel operator.” The law also prohibits underage people from loitering or being employed at a poker room.
